Is Apple the best tech company to work for?

This yearApple was rated the best tech sector company to work for in Britain, according to data from Indeed. Even though, Apple opened its first European store only 15 years ago in London, it has rapidly expanded through Europe, today the company employs 2,500 people in the capital alone and 6,500 UK based staff. Apple’s success is a result of the company’s good pay rates, the discounts or sometimes even free technology it provides its employees, the health and wellness benefit it provides and of course working the enjoyable workplace it provides for all employees. “The millions of employer reviews posted on Indeed’s company pages shine a light on what makes the difference between a good workplace and a great one. While staff clearly value a good salary, other factors like work-life balance, career prospects and a friendly, welcoming culture are just as important”, according to Richards.
